2. Your order is shipped out normally by the 4th or 5th day.

5. FEDEX 2 DAY: 2 DAYS (MONDAY - FRIDAY)

 

If you select FedEx 2-Day shipping, please note that this does not guarantee your order will ship within 2 days. The "2-Day" designation refers to the shipping speed once the order has been processed and shipped. Following your order placement, you can generally expect to receive your items within the next 7 days, taking into account various factors such as mail flow and any potential delays related to USPS and FedEx peak seasons (November to January).

If you have a specific event or deadline, we recommend ordering your hair products well in advance to mitigate any unforeseen delays. Please be aware that refunds are not available if your order does not arrive in time for your event.

 

Under no circumstance is DOLLS HAIR COLLECTIONS responsible for lost or stolen packages by mail. IF YOU ARE AFRAID YOUR PACKAGE WILL GET LOST IN THE MAIL PLEASE NOTE SO THAT INSURANCE IS ADDED GO YOUR ORDER !! USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING UP TO $50 INSURANCE COVERED $12 *FREE IF YOUR ORDER IS OVER $200 USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING UP TO$500 INSURANCE COVERED $20

A SIGNATURE is REQUIRED to confirm delivery on all orders! Someone must be home to sign for it or you can arrange to pick it up from your local post office. IF YOU ARE NOT HOME FOR The first delivery attempt the post office will leave you a notice to pick it up with the time and LOCATION, OR you can sign the notice and have them redeliver it the next day. Please make sure you include the correct address with the apartment number/ house number. If your package gets lost or reroutedit could take weeks to reroute it back to you.

If you order online, YOU MUST SELECT PICK UP. THERE IS A 50% DEPOSIT FOR PICK-UPS IF YOU DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.
